💸 REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Since all products are made-to-order, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in limited situations.

1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your shirt arrives with a printing error or damage:

  • Email contact@limavoices.com within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

2. Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us after 20 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international)

We will confirm with Printful and issue a replacement if confirmed lost.

3. We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color/fit not what you expected (refer to size guide before ordering)
